1. Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, if it is a custom order, as the cost of production depends on the number. However, there is no minimum required for items that are in stock.
2. Can I have bookmarks or puzzle invitations printed with my own designs?
Yes, you can have a designer create them or we can have our designer prepare them based on your requirements. You are responsible for the cost of the preparation of the design.
3. What types of images can be used for the designs?
Good quality photographs or artwork are suitable as long as it is not a trademark or copyright that belongs to someone else. If you are planning to use trademarked material, you must provide proof of permission to do so.
4. Can I use family pictures on bookmarks in place of Christmas cards?
Yes, but remember that the standard size of a bookmark is smaller than a Christmas card and would require a standard size envelope. The bookmarks also make wonderful stocking stuffers for all ages.
5. Can I use the puzzles for my wedding invitation?
Definitely! They are unique and will add that little extra something to your special day. Using a special photo in the design also makes them fun for anniversaries, birth announcements, christenings and bar/bat mitzvahs.
6. How much time would you require to produce custom bookmarks or invitation puzzles?
The production time depends on the quantity. This would be discussed when the order is placed. However, it is always a good idea to order as early as possible to ensure that you have your items by the date you need them.
7. How much would a custom product cost?
The cost depends on the quantity ordered and whether or not you require design services. We are happy to provide you with a quote based on your particular requirements.
8. How many pages will a bookmark secure?
The magnets will hold 3 – 4 pages of standard thickness paper.
9. Can the bookmarks and puzzle invitations be made in different sizes?
Certainly, there are many size options available, just let us know what you need.
10. How durable are the bookmarks and puzzle invitations?
They are very durable. The bookmarks are laminated to ensure that they will not tear, wrinkle or stain. The invitation puzzle pieces hold together well and do not tear with normal handling.
11. Do you have other products?
Other products are available as special orders and we are always looking for innovative items that meet our quality standards.
12. Can the bookmarks be used as
a fundraising
item?

13. What happens if I decide to increase the size of my order?
If the order has not yet gone to print, additional numbers of the same design can easily be included, thereby decreasing your cost per item. However, if the order has already been printed, subsequent numbers will be treated as a new order.
14. Can I see my bookmark or invitation puzzle before you print it?
If you have provided the design yourself, we will print it directly from the file you send us. However, if our designer is preparing your bookmark or invitation, we will send you a copy for your approval before printing.
